Free FedEx delivery anywhere in the continental US. Orders placed before 1pm ship the same business day, otherwise the next, and arrive in 3 to 5 business days with tracking sent as soon as the bed leaves the warehouse.

The frame arrives in two pieces and takes about five minutes to assemble with the included hardware.

30-night sleep trial: return it any time within 30 days of the date your order ships. Your dog can sleep on it and you can wash the cover, and it will not affect your refund. Return shipping is your responsibility, but we email you a prepaid label and simply deduct its cost from the refund. If the bed arrived damaged or incorrect, the label is on us.

Warranty

Ten years on the structural frame, the longest guarantee in the category. Joints, hardwood, and construction are covered against defects and failure under normal use for a full decade. If the frame breaks or warps, we repair or replace it.

The mattress is high-density memory foam that responds to weight and body heat, spreading pressure across the whole body rather than loading it onto hips and shoulders.

The sleeping surface measures 35 by 26 inches, enough for a dog up to 55 pounds to stretch out fully.

Wash the cover, keep the protection

Because the waterproofing sits around the foam rather than in the cover, laundering never affects it.
