At Mafe Pets, every piece is thoughtfully crafted using furniture-grade materials and performance textiles designed to last for years. Because our products are made for pets and come into direct contact with fur, skin, and everyday life, cleanliness and hygiene are incredibly important to us.
To ensure every customer receives a fresh, unused product, we accept returns on unused items only.
Return Window
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
• unused and in original condition
• free of pet hair, odors, stains, or wear
• in original packaging with all components included
How to Start a Return
Email info@mafepets.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll reply with simple return instructions and next steps.
Return Options & Fees
Exchanges or store credit: complimentary return shipping
Refunds: return shipping will be deducted from your refund
Inspection & Condition
All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival.
Because of the nature of pet products, we cannot accept any items that show signs of use, including:
• pet hair or dander
• odors
• stains or spills
• washed or laundered covers
• assembly wear or damage
Items that do not meet these standards may be declined and returned to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• used or assembled pet beds or furniture
• washed covers or inserts
• made-to-order or custom items
• final sale products
