The 30-Night Sleep Trial
Every Mafé bed comes with a 30-night sleep trial. Buy it, put it in the room, and let your dog decide. If they don't take to it, or it isn't right for your home, send it back.
The window
You can return any bed within 30 days of the date your order ships. The clock starts when the bed leaves our warehouse, and we email you tracking that same day so you always know where you stand.
Preorders work the same way — the 30 days begin when your bed ships, not when you place the order.
Visible signs of wear are fine
This is a trial, not an inspection. Your dog may have slept on the bed. The cover may have been washed. There will be fur on it, and there will almost certainly be visible signs of wear — that is simply what a bed looks like after a dog has used it, and using it is the entire point.
We do not ask for the bed back in “like new” condition, and we will not refuse a refund because it looks slept on. A returned bed that shows no sign of use would mean your dog never got the chance to try it.
The only thing not covered is damage from chewing or misuse.
How to start a return
Email info@mafepets.com with your order number. We'll reply with instructions, usually the same day. All returns are authorised by our team before you send anything back, so please get in touch first.
Keep the original packaging where you can — it makes the return simpler.
Return shipping
Return shipping is your responsibility, but you don't have to arrange it. We'll email you a prepaid return label — print it, tape it to the box, and drop it off. The cost of that label is simply deducted from your refund, so there is nothing to pay up front and nothing to organise yourself.
If your order arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, the label is on us and you are refunded in full.
Your refund
Once your bed arrives back at our warehouse we'll email to confirm, and your refund is processed within 10 business days, less the cost of the return label.
Damaged on arrival
Note it when you sign for delivery, then email photos to info@mafepets.com the same day. We'll replace it or refund it at our cost.
Cancellations
Cancel before your order ships and you get a full refund with nothing deducted — no label, no charge. Preorders can be cancelled at any point before they ship. Once an order has shipped, the 30-night sleep trial above applies.
