Will it fit my dog?+
The Haven fits dogs up to 55 lbs. The sleep surface is 35" × 26" — measure your dog nose to tail-base while lying down; under 33" is a comfortable fit.
What happens when there's an accident?+
A waterproof liner sits between the cover and the foam core, so nothing reaches the mattress. Zip the cover off, machine wash cold, and it comes out like new.
Is there assembly?+
Minimal — the frame arrives in two pieces and takes about five minutes with the included hardware.
What does the ten-year warranty cover?+
The structural frame — joints, wood, and construction — for a full decade. If the frame fails under normal use, we repair or replace it.
What if my dog doesn't like it?+
Take a moment with our size guide before ordering — getting the fit right is what matters most, and our team is glad to help you choose. Most dogs claim the Haven within the first week.
My dog chews. Will it survive?+
The hardwood frame stands up to normal wear, but the warranty covers structural failure, not chewing damage. For determined chewers, we recommend a supervised introduction.
